Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms
All services are invoiced individually based on project scope and requirements. Payment is due according to the terms specified on each invoice, typically within 15 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Deposits and Advance Payments
Project deposits or advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Deposits secure your place in our project schedule and compensate for the initial consultation, planning, and setup work.
Cancellation Policy
Before Work Begins
If you cancel a project before any work has started, you will receive a full refund minus any deposit or advance payment.
After Work Begins
Once work on your project has commenced, cancellations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. You will be invoiced for all work completed up to the cancellation date at the agreed-upon hourly or project rate.
Notice Required
We request at least 7 business days written notice for any project cancellation.
Refund Requests
Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:
- Services must not have been delivered as described in the project agreement
- Request must be made within 14 days of project completion or invoice date
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our contact page
Disputed Charges
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us immediately at our contact page. We will investigate all disputed charges and work with you to resolve any billing issues promptly.
Modifications to Services
If you request changes or additions to the project scope after work has begun, additional charges may apply. Any scope changes will be discussed and agreed upon before additional work is performed.
